Our Team of Professionals
Robert Lozano PT OCS
Robert received his PT degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1982. He has over 27 years experience primarily in outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation. He was awarded his Orthopaedic Specialist Certification in May of 2008.
Mary Lou Lugo PT OCS FAAOMPT
Mary Lou received her degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 1994 and has acquired a vast array of experiences over the last 15 years of PT practice. She has dedicated the last 13 years of practice to honing her skills as an Orthopaedic rehabilitation specialist by also obtaining her Orthopedic Specialist Certification in May of 2006. In addition, she completed a manual physical therapy Fellowship Program in 2006. She is an elite member in the therapy profession. San Antonio has only 16 other Fellows.
Phyllis Monroe, MOT, OTR, CHT
Phyllis Monroe received her Master in OT from Texas Woman's University and soon after began her career as a hand therapist. She has over 23 years experience primarily in upper extremity rehabilitation across three states. She was awarded her Certification in Hand Therapy in October of 1993 and has specialty training in the Laduc Method of Lymphedema Massage which she utilizes in her upper extremity practice with acute and chronic edema conditions. She has been privileged to work with many talented physicians and therapists across the country and now is pleased to call San Antonio and Liberty Rehabilitation her home.
Kelly Rabon, PT, DPT
Kelly received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2011. She graduated from Texas A&M in 2007 with a Bachelors in Applied Exercise Physiology. As a new Physical Therapist, Kelly is eager to continue her education, pursue additional certifications, and incorporate her health and fitness background into wellness education for her patients. Kelly hopes to provide all of her patient’s with the most innovative and effective physical therapy treatments available.
