Jessica M. Morales received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2014 from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She has experience in the outpatient setting/Hand Therapy setting, treating musculoskeletal disorders, post-surgical orthopedic related injuries, and a wide range of upper extremity disorders/injuries. She regularly attends the annual TSHT (Texas Society of Hand Therapy) conferences since 2017 and is currently an ASHT member (American Society of Hand Therapy). Ms. Morales also utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including; Kinesio taping, cupping, Graston IASTM, and skills in custom fabrication of orthoses for the upper extremity. She aspires to become a Certified Hand Therapist and is scheduled to sit for the Hand Therapy exam. She stays active at home with her 5-year-old son that has transformed her into a Marvel fanatic. She enjoys movie nights with her son on the weekends or outdoor activities, exploring new places to eat, and traveling whenever possible.
